Responsibilities

· Support end-to-end proposal development with a focus on opportunity qualification, response planning, team formation and orchestration, and proposal process coordination

· Identify and develop reusable solution and service offerings

· Continuously build a network of trusted experts across EPAM’s Technical and Industry Experts and Consultants, Delivery Teams, and Account Teams

· Support client visits by defining goals, strategy, participants, create message and orchestrate preparation

· Capture high-level business objectives and map those with EPAM’s capabilities and services

· Design concepts for technical, organizational, and business solutions, formulate value propositions, and outline differentiators

· Develop complex engagement and pricing models for multi-year outcome/output-based deals

· Translate ideas into PowerPoint presentations that showcase EPAM’s values, experience, and services

Requirements

· 10+ years' overall IT experience in various roles in software design and delivery including 3+ in presales

· Experience in project management

· Experience with managed services engagements

· Good written and spoken English

· Broad-based knowledge of technology solutions (e.g., Digital, IoT, Data, etc.)

· Familiarity with cloud delivery models, architecture principles, and styles

· Previous experience in solution consulting, opportunity management, or proposal development is a plus
