Seeking Experienced Java Developers for App Support Role

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of IT experience as a Java developer
• Associate’s/bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development (Java), or related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• ITIL certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex troubleshooting activities to resolve user-reported issues and system-triggered alerts
• Serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between onsite and offshore teams for designated applications
• Manage applications, including installation, configuration, and administration, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to standards
• Support business-critical applications, monitor performance, identify service issues, and propose solutions for problem resolution and improvement
• Ensure application performance, availability, and compliance with company standards
• Provide on-call support for business-critical applications during non-core hours
