Position Summary:  

We are seeking a passionate and talented IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying , attracting, and recruiting top talent in the field of information technology to support our cutting-edge projects and initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around talent acquisition and supporting the growth of our technical team.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.  

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.  

  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.  

  • Candidate Management: Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience.  

  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.  

  • Employer Branding: Promote our company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.  

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to HR and management.  

Requirements:  

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.  

  • Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in IT recruitment.  

  • Technical Skills:  

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.  

  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.  

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.  

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.  

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
