IT Recruiter - Híbrido en Zoluxiones

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technology talent across multiple domains, including software development, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and IT infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions (requirements gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding).

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business objectives.

• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.

• Conduct behavioral and technical screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future roles.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

• Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies in the IT sector.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience (1+ year) as a Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter , either in-house or agency-side.

• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminology (e.g., Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, React, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.).

• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
