IT HR Business Analyst en Nestlé

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to Success Factors Employee Central end users across LATAM
  • Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications
  • Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation
  • Deliver training to the end users, deployment and support teams
  • Translate technical requirements into functional specifications for the business human resources team
  • Support SF Employee Central technology solutions in line with functional stakeholders’ needs and the Employee Life Cycle Payroll IT Product Group roadmap
  • Deliver IS/IT Human Resources project on time and within budget
  • Support business integration initiatives including Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestures.
  • Support Digital Transformation with in Human Resources IS/IT

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent;
  • 3+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in IS/IT Human Resources functional area.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors software.
  • Experience with effective communication in English at different levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements.
  • Excellent understanding of business complexity and interdependencies.
  • Deep understanding of the IT landscape in the functional area.
  • Project management experience. (not mandatory)
  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design-thinking methodology.
  • Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
