IT Engineer  Disaster Recovery

We are seeking IT Engineer or IT Support with experience in Disaster Recovery Planning processes, including the design, implementation, and management of strategies to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or data loss.

Operations Management (70%) : Facilitate ATO/application onboarding, manage infrastructure processes (e.g., Inventory Review, Capacity Forecasting), and generate reports using Power BI for leadership. Maintain SharePoint documentation and support MS licensing coordination.

Documentation & Process Improvement: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including policies and procedures, while contributing to global process improvements and fostering relationships within the technology community.

Disaster Recovery (30%): Plan, coordinate, and manage application DR testing, ensuring compliance with DR policies and proper documentation, while collaborating with technical teams to provide accurate DR data to stakeholders.

What you need to have:

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

At least 2 years of experience in diverse technical problems solving.

Experience of Reporting & Data Visualization Tools like Microsoft BI, Tableau or Qlik

Experience in managing Disaster Recovery tests

Intermediate to advance level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
