Join our team! Provide general HR administration and transactional support. Follow clearly defined HR policies and procedures. Complies with local service level agreements. 


About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Human Resources Intern , you will:  

  • Provide administrative support to a local HR community to help deliver the annual HR cycle, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Survey. 
  • Create, protect, and file written correspondence and data associated with employees. 
  • Provide administrative support to HR projects and internal events. 
  • Provide support to Employee Relations activity as directed. 
  • Assist the recruitment process, provide administrative support for the selection and onboarding of candidates internally. 
  • Receive HR/Business Unit/Company-wide communications and act upon it as necessary. 
  • Support the Rewards initiatives as required. 
  • May also provide data for respective payroll teams.  

About You  

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:  

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent English.
  • Entry level for complex administrative and support roles 
  • Good knowledge, experience, and skill in straightforward procedures, acquired through previous training or experience in HR. 
  • Good understanding of how role relates to work of others in the unit. 
  •  Prioritizes own workload and uses initiative to carry out additional related tasks. 
  •  Provides prompt, reliable service and clear communication to all customers.
