Are you passionate about the chance to bring your technical experience to drive our Engineering team using industry best practices in a world-class company? We are hiring 100+ Software Engineers including Identity & Access Management Engineer with various experience levels for our Shared Service Center in Mexico City. We are expanding our global Shared Service Centers footprint by establishing a new Shared Service Center in Mexico City to serve the Americas (North America and LatAm) with roles representing product, technology, sales operations, inside sales, customer service and finance. This new Shared Service Center will build on the existing established Centers in Asia (India and The Philippines), Europe (Poland) and Americas (Costa Rica).
As a Identity & Access Management Engineer at Thomson Reuters, you will be responsible for continually looking to optimize systems and services for security, automation, performance and availability, while ensuring solutions developed, adhere and align to architectural standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that technology systems and related procedures adhere to organizational values. You’ll be able to deliver innovative solutions that impact our customers business every day and partner with teammates globally to develop innovative solutions for the best products in the market. About the Role

About You
You’re a fit for the role of *Role Title* if your background includes:
-
6+ years of experience in development, design, and implementing security in IAM technologies that consist of PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping ID, SiteMinder and LDAP directories.
-
Continuously improving and automating in IAM technologies that consist of PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping ID, SiteMinder and LDAP directories.
-
Experience in working on Ping federate 9.x,10.x, SAML 2.0, Oauth 2.0, OpenID/Connect (OIDC).
-
Technical experience integrating, developing, and automating IAM systems like MFA and Authentication protocols/technologies.
-
Deep understanding of Identity technologies across key domains (Authentication, Authorization, Access Management, Attestation, etc) -
-
Experience driving development of automation and integration capability into IAM solutions.
-
Consistent track record of customer engagement and delivery of engineering initiatives.
-
Familiarity with Cloud technology and an understanding of the impact of dynamic computing on the Identity domain.
-
Prior experience with technologies like SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, Unix, Microsoft AD, MFA, and Radius.
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Experience in administration and implementing security in IAM technologies that consist of PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping ID, and LDAP directories.
-
Experience on implementing solutions using Single Sign on SAML vs Trust OAuth Kerberos and NTLM.
-
Configuring working experience in Ping Directory Server
-
Enabling and troubleshooting Single Sign On for applications
-
Must have good experience on MFA.
-
Implemented OpenID and OAuth solutions using Ping Federate.
-
Co-ordination with Server hosting team if any hardware related issues.
-
Co-ordination with PingFederate vendor if any software related issues.
-
Maintained both Test and Production servers for Ping Federate along with the cluster management and timely Replications to deploy changes to servers.
-
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
-
Deployed and supported highly available and scalable Ping Federate infrastructure in AWS and On-premise that provides single-sign-on (SSO) and federation solutions for internal accesses.
-
Ping Federate Performance tuning for supporting support heavy traffic.
-
Responsible for preparing documentation for each application also providing the Run Book to the Operations team to troubleshoot issues.

Experience with Vulnerability mitigation and patch management.
-
A self-starter capable of autonomous working direction and goal setting

Experience of developing and leading innovative solutions and thinking outside of the box

To be able to work both independently and with others documenting and sharing solutions

Handle the issues as a first level on the escalation support for Identity and Access management operational teams and other IT security functions

Good to have experience in patch version upgrades
