Requirements

- Experience in IT Services, as well as software , compliance and security, and IT operations disciplines.

- Experience on datacenter environment and security

- Knowledge of  architecture and infrastructure.

- Familiar with IT infrastructure management tools.

- Coordinate and understanding for testing of system and applications.

Responsibilities

- Develops relationships with account team.

- The Senior will manage moderate to complex infrastructure projects.

- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss account status and update

- Coordinate the remediation activities and ensure are properly addressed

- Understand and provide infrastructure information related to licensing.
