As an experienced HRBP Senior Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Americas Regional Delivery Center (ARDC) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients.


ARDC is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. ARDC is in Queretaro, Mexico. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities.

  • Responsible for communication of HR policies and applicable procedures
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from employees, trainees, leadership related to HR Operations Processes.
  • Management of employee’s life cycle inquiries and HR movements.
  • Administration and management of pre-onboarding, onboarding, lifecycle and offboarding.
  • Management of Audits or Authorities Requirements
  • Management of Individual Records according to internal policies and legal compliance.
  • Leverage existing HR resources to ensure delivery of timely, relevant and efficient HR Operations.
  • Work and communicate effectively across Enabling and the Delivery Organization
  • Business Role model integrating cultural values in the day-to-day business activities.

Required:

  • Have 2 years of solid HR Generalist experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced English
  • Experience with HR Systems (SAP, Workday, Ceridian, etc.) , Microsoft Office (Excel) and Microsoft Teams
  • Have good problem-solving skills and detail oriented
  • Have good communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Have proficiency in HR processes.
