We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Genesys Platform Owner



We are looking for a Platform Owner, committed to enhancing service delivery for Collection Centers and the Data, Digital & Technology Service Desk. This role requires a dynamic leader adept in managing advanced call center technologies and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals .



·          Strategic Platform Management

o    Develop a robust strategy for the call center platform that serves the unique needs of Biolife and DD&T sectors.

o    Maintain high standards of performance, reliability, and scalability of the platform.

o    Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate new technologies and improve platform functionality.

·          Customer and Technical Support

o    Ensure superior customer service for Biolife Plasma and DD&T inquiries.

o    Strengthen relationships with stakeholders and gather feedback to enhance platform performance.

o    Serve as the main interface between end users and technical teams.

·          Regulatory Compliance and Security

o    Enforce compliance with healthcare and technology industry standards.

o    Implement rigorous security protocols to protect data and ensure privacy.

·          Project and Innovation Leadership

o    Lead projects to expand and improve platform capabilities using innovative technological solutions.

o    Manage the adoption of new technologies to advance service quality and operational efficiency.

·          Team Leadership

o    Direct and develop the platform team, emphasizing continuous improvement and skill enhancement.

o    Manage resources and prioritize projects effectively to meet deadlines and budgetary guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·          Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

·          Deep expertise in Genesis systems and call center technologies.

·          Strong project management skills in Data, Digital & Technology environments.

·          Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to healthcare and data security.

·          Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Required Certifications

·          Genesys Cloud CX Certification

·          Genesys Multicloud CX Certification

·          Genesys PureConnect Technical Certification
