Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React, Power BI, and UI/UX design to join our innovative development team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who thrives on solving complex problems and developing intuitive, data-driven web applications. This role will contribute to both front-end and back-end development, while also leading initiatives in user experience, data visualization, and continuous product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, or other back-end technologies.
• Build scalable and maintainable front-end interfaces with a strong focus on UI/UX design principles.
• Integrate and manage Power BI dashboards and embedded analytics into applications for actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, data analysts, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead efforts in product innovation, proposing and prototyping new ideas that enhance functionality and user experience.
• Develop RESTful APIs and services that connect front-end interfaces with backend systems.
• Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying them to ongoing development efforts when applicable.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience.
• Experience working with US clients or distributed international teams.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with databases.
