Our flagship product, CondoVive, is a property management platform used by over 200,000 people across multiple countries. It consists of multiple mobile and web applications designed to simplify the lives of those who manage, work, and live in residential buildings.

In this role you'll be working closely with various teams, including product management, design, and development, to craft seamless, scalable, and efficient web applications, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed the expectations of our users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and architect robust frontend systems, selecting appropriate libraries and technologies to meet both current and future needs.

• Ensure systems are scalable and can handle expected user loads with consistent performance.

• Write clean, testable, efficient, and well-documented code across the full software development lifecycle.

• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.

• Deploy programs and monitor their performance to ensure user needs are met.

• Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to clarify objectives, define customer problems, and develop scalable solutions.

• Work with UX designers to ensure the implementation of responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

• Break down tasks, estimate timelines, and ensure that project deliverables are met on schedule.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgr ade existing systems to improve functionality and efficiency.

• Continuously improve technical implementations and advocate for best practices within the team.

• Engage in continuous learning and skill development to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Mentor junior software engineers, helping to enhance their skills and professional growth

Experience:  

• 4+ years of proven (non-internship) professional software development experience with web applications.

• Solid understanding of HTTP Protocols, RESTful services, and the fundamentals of how the web works.

• Advanced proficiency in both JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Strong experience developing applications with React JS and using frameworks for unit, functional, and integration testing.

• Familiarity with Node.js and server-side rendering, including frameworks like Next.js.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to enhance platform features, test functionalities, and promote the adoption of platform innovations.

• A passion for web technology with a commitment to staying informed about the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in web client architecture.

• Experience in Agile development environments, with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. The Ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.

• A basic understanding of design patterns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with form-building libraries like react-hook-form and Formik.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 or C1 level.

• Experience with database management, specifically PostgreSQL.

• Be a dog lover

• You have a good series, books, movies, or music to recommend.
