Executive Assistant with Sales Support | Remote

we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team with day-to-day administrative activities while also supporting our sales operations.

This is a remote position in Mexico and requires advanced English , as you will interact with clients and team members in English.

Your main focus will be executive and administrative support, with the opportunity to gradually develop experience in sales and business development.

What you'll do

• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings between executives, team members, clients and prospects.
• Coordinate availability across multiple calendars and time zones.
• Send emails and follow up with clients and prospects.
• Keep track of meetings, conversations and pending actions.
• Maintain sales opportunities and prospect information updated in our CRM (Copper).
• Review emails and meeting notes to ensure the sales pipeline reflects the latest information.
• Support prospecting and outreach activities.
• Gradually participate in selling Blue People's technology and AI solutions.

What we're looking for

• Advanced English.
• Based in Mexico.
• Experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and executives.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Interest in sales, business development and technology.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to sales or business development.
• Experience with tools such as Copper, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience working with international clients or teams.
