MS Dynamics Specialist

Location: Aguascalientes (Preferably Onsite, Remote Possible)
Role: Support

General Description:
This role involves supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CE) Module. The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years of experience in Microsoft Technologies, with a focus on Dynamics 365, to ensure successful configuration, customization, and optimization of the system according to business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service module based on business needs.
  • Customize and extend the functionality of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module using configuration and customization tools.
  • Deploy solutions, manage pipelines, and handle solutions using GitHub.
  • Manage production tickets and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Develop and maintain system-related documentation, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to improve efficiency and usability.
  • Work with Azure Web Apps, Web Jobs, Function Apps, DevOps, and other relevant technologies to troubleshoot and deploy solutions.
  • Utilize Power Apps and Power Automate for application development using the Power Platform.
  • Develop Plugins and Custom Workflow activities using a solution-oriented approach.
  • Implement client scripting, MSD-supported Client APIs, and Web APIs/REST.
  • Handle Azure deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting for custom implementations.
