The team is responsible of impacting the sales productivity and growth for the different business units. About the Role

In this opportunity as Director Sales Operations, you will: 

  • Manages business sales operations functions to assure optimal introductions of new products and pricing plans to the field organization.
  • Designs clear and actionable operational strategies that position the sales organization to meet or exceed financial goals, resource utilization goals, and talent management/ development needs.
  • Plays a leadership role on major operational decisions and initiatives within the business.
  • Identifies and provides input into Customer Relationship Management system tools and enhancements needed to support the sales leadership team for its territory forecasting and pipeline management needs.
  • Identifies appropriate strategies for training and educating sales Customer Relationship Management users.
  • Evaluates and determines an appropriate alignment process to ensure the contribution of the Mexico GTM team to the Segments.
  • Directs, motivates, coaches, and develops their Operations team.
  • Partners with Finance to identify incentive programs and compensation factors to ensure operating within financial goals.

About You:

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • You have a minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience, working in matrixed teams, sales teams and operations.
  • You can constantly drive and deliver results, enhance processes, and maximize productivity.
  • Leadership: Capable of deliver through others, act as a role model, create synergies, obtain the best from the team members, keep an energized and connected team, and work with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • You are experienced in managing and leading change, delegating, and empowering others to increase their contribution and keep people accountable.
  • You can build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and ensure the go-to-market teams operate in a standard way.
