D evOps Lead  
General Description: The DevOps Lead position entails serving as the Release Train Engineer . Previous experience in this role is necessary.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Fully remote position based in Mexico  

• Coordinate and facilitate release train activities.  

• Ensure effective communication among teams.  

• Oversee multiple tasks concurrently.  

• Maintain organization and proactive engagement.  

• Engage in various responsibilities requiring versatility.  

• Support Agile Release Trains and backlog refinement  

• Experience participating in a scrum environment  

 

Qualifications:  

• 7-10+ years of experience in a relevant field.  

• Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.  

• Proactive approach to work.  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  

• Excellent communication skills.  

• Strong organizational skills.  

• Previous experience as an RTE.  

• Comfortable with wearing multiple hats.
