We are looking for a skilled and proactive Cybersecurity Analyst to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents to protect our company’s data and systems. This role requires a deep understanding of security protocols, incident response, and best practices to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor networks and systems for security breaches, suspicious activities, and intrusions.
• Analyze and respond to security incidents and generate reports on findings.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential risks.
• Implement security measures and controls to protect data and infrastructure.
• Work closely with the IT team to install security software and implement security policies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, tools, and threats.
• Develop and maintain incident response plans and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide training and awareness programs for employees on cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of security protocols and tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and SIEM.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with security monitoring tools and forensic tools.
• Knowledge of network security, cloud security, and data protection.

Desirable:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
• Experience in threat modeling and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools.
• Experience in a SOC (Security Operations Center) environment.
