Join our team! The Client Advisor is pivotal in delivering advanced product support and acting as a dependable source of expertise for users. This role focuses on nurturing and expanding customer relationships through expert advisory services.

About the Role   

In this opportunity as a Client Advisor , you will:  

  • Provide expert support and resolve issues with the Legal Tracker product.
  • Develop and refresh customer resources and comprehensive internal guides.
  • Expertly managing and updating knowledge bases.
  • Juggle and prioritize a variety of projects concurrently.
  • Guarantee optimal use and successful deployment of the Legal Tracker product.
  • Manage escalated product issues and technical concerns effectively.
  • Advise on best practices to enhance legal department processes and initiatives.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and precise client communication, both verbal and written and foster a positive connection between the client and Thomson Reuters through innovative engagement strategies.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate legal department or law firm in an advisory role, or 2 years in a customer-facing position involving legal software.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience with an e-billing/matter management system or similar SaaS solutions.
  • A robust understanding of legal department dynamics and operations.
  • Proficient communication skills to engage effectively across all levels of a client's organization, from staff to C-Suite.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to excel within a team setting.
  • A strong technical inclination, particularly towards software and data analytics.
  • Self-direction in planning and executing responsibilities.
  • Consultative and problem-solving abilities.
  • A focus on client service and delivering tailored solutions.
  • A keen sense of business and financial insight.
