We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Change Manager

 

What you’ll do:

 

·          Should have knowledge on Change, Incident and Problem request management

·          Being accountable for resolving the outage via workaround or permanent fix

·          Leveraging technology to resolve issues based on linux/sql and all communications and providing key stakeholder management.

·          Leading, driving, facilitating, and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls.

·          Forming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed.

·          Supporting and nurturing process improvements and knowledge base improvements

·          Continually maintaining and developing tools and resources to manage major incidents effectively.

·          Providing periodic major incident metrics reports

Must have requirements:

·          Experience in change and incident management.

·          Advanced English
