Business Operations Analyst

Join our team! As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering critical data, preparing comprehensive reports, and building insightful Power BI dashboards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify efficiency gains, and contribute to data-informed strategies that drive our business forward.

About the Role   

In this opportunity as a Business Operations Analyst , you will:

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time visibility into business metrics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and reporting needs.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations and present findings to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Manage data integrity and consistency across multiple platforms and systems.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analytics.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and other data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SQL and data modeling is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
