About The Role

• Llevar a cabo auditorías internas para garantizar que se realizan adecuadamente y de acuerdo con el plan de auditoría de la Compañía, incluyendo:
• Programar y realizar la planificación detallada de las auditorías internas.
• Preparar y ejecutar programas de pruebas y gestionar la realización de revisiones.
• Preparar documentos de trabajo e informes de auditoría interna para respaldar los resultados/conclusiones y formular recomendaciones de mejora cuando sea necesario.
• Discutir los resultados con la dirección.
• Ejecutar el seguimiento de las acciones derivadas de las revisiones de auditoría interna según sea necesario y colaborar en la preparación de informes de situación.
• Garantizar el mantenimiento y la actualización oportunos del archivo de auditoría interna.
• Contribuir al desarrollo de la función de auditoría interna y al desarrollo personal y profesional continuo.
• Llevar a cabo investigaciones internas sobre denuncias de fraude, despilfarro y abuso, asegurándose de que se realizan adecuadamente y de acuerdo con los protocolos de la empresa, lo que incluye:
• Investigar y recopilar la información pertinente relacionada con la acusación de fraude.
• Entrevistar a empleados, clientes, proveedores y otras partes, según se considere pertinente.
• Identificar deficiencias de control y posibles recomendaciones de corrección.
• Preparar informes escritos que resuman de forma concisa los hechos relevantes de la investigación, proporcionen conclusiones y recomienden medidas de control a la dirección.
• Mantenerse al día de la evolución de la profesión contable y auditora y realizar otros proyectos ad hoc que se le asignen.

About you

Más de 3 años de experiencia en auditoría (pública o interna) y/o experiencia pertinente en el sector y experiencia en el trabajo independiente y directo con equipos de alta dirección.
- Experiencia en cumplimiento de controles internos.
- Preferiblemente, experiencia en seguridad de la información y gestión de riesgos.
- Experiencia en investigación de fraudes
- Gran capacidad de comunicación y presentación.
- Experiencia en gestión del aprendizaje.
- Excelente gestión de Stakeholders
Certificación profesional
CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE o equivalente preferido
