About the Role
In this opportunity as an Associate Product Manager, you will:
- Understand customer problem statements and experiences to be solved
- Craft a roadmap clearly translating customer challenges & opportunities into roadmap aligning with product & overall business strategy
- Partner with cross functional teams (technology, user experience design, marketing, sales, etc.) to iteratively design & deliver high-value, innovative experiences
- Be the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritize the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress.
- Maintain and refine a backlog: create user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritize all stories. Ensure stories clearly communicate the customer and stakeholder needs to meet key business objectives and strategies for the product
- Work in an Agile scrum team, ensuring the teams are aligned around similar goals and objectives
- Foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles
About You
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:
- At least 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or similar role
- At least 2+ years in Agile (Scrum preferred) environment, with a proven understanding of the development life cycle, including but not limited to requirements definition, user experience, development practices, testing, and deployment
- Have had experience in demonstrating an ability to design & deliver products with a customer centric approach
- Ability to articulate clear and concise specifications for new products and new features with a strong affinity towards the developer community
- Honed product development approach that includes leading with customer-driven innovation backed by qualitative and quantitative data
