Requirements
Requirements
Over 3 years of experience in IT, preferably within software development, with robust project and people management capabilities.
Demonstrated expertise in DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects to medium and large-sized clients within fintech, E-commerce, and Data industries.
Exceptional skills in managing customer expectations and feedback, focusing on enhancing communication and optimizing team workflows.
Comprehensive background in Project Management KPIs (Accuracy, Velocity, Efficiency).
Proactive and solution-oriented approach with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level), with a strong ability to collaborate and facilitate within team meetings.
Extensive experience managing technical, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.
Hands-on experience with maintaining and upgrading legacy projects.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, with a solid understanding of CI/CD principles.
PMI or PMP certification is highly desirable but not required.

Drive the development and implementation of Agile projects emphasizing collaboration between development, operations, and security
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver iterative, value-driven outcomes.
Ensure project goals are met within the constraints of scope, budget, and timelines.
Act as a servant leader, facilitating team collaboration, removing impediments, and empowering autonomous decision-making.
Monitor and manage project risks, and project changes (change management), & resolve issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction.
Collaborate and coordinate with project teams, ensuring they are motivated, well-informed, and working efficiently towards project goals.
Manage team members fostering a great work environment with collaboration and communication.
Ensure business operations adhere to Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
Work closely with Delivery Managers to support the operational delivery of services to our key clients.
Foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.
