We’re looking for an energetic, self-starter person willing to change the face of the financial industry.  Are you kind of a data geek with experience in growth? If this sounds like you, you’ve come to the right place.

We’re looking for a Growth Specialist to join our marketing team to reach our growth goals.

In your day-to-day, you’ll research and explore new channels and partnerships, and create and launch different campaigns and initiatives from scratch. You’ll manage digital campaigns on various platforms, as well as communications with potential business partners. As a data-driven individual, you’ll carefully monitor and measure performance and optimize each initiative accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Bring creative ideas on how to grow Digitt’s KPIs. 
• A/B testing those ideas. 
• Analyze the data and users’ feedback. 
• Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments in order to present results and make the product more user-centric. 
• Drive traffic to our website, landing pages, and social media. 
• Understand conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks.
• Prioritize growth channels. 
• Optimize channels in order to always improve the performance of the company.
• Scale and Automate the growth processes. 
  
  

Skills:

• Experience in data analysis.
• Having great customer relations skills and being a focus on customer experience.
• Experience in A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience.
• Editing and copywriting skills.
• Experience in both inbound and outbound marketing.
• Being performance and results-oriented.
• Being curious and creative.
• Experience with growth hacking tools for A/B testing, tools for email marketing, CRM, sales and marketing purposes.
