Senior Full Stack Developer - Remoto en Petco

Job Summary:

Lead Frontend React Developer with 5+ years of experience in frontend technologies to lead the development of our web application. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, scalable, and efficient web application using React and Next.js frameworks. You will be leading a team of developers, working closely with the product owner, project manager, and designers to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient web application using React and Next.js frameworks
• Lead a team of developers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects
• Collaborate with the product owner, project manager, and designers to define and refine project requirements
• Identify and address technical issues, risks, and challenges related to the project
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code that meets project requirements
• Implement and maintain code quality standards and best practices
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
• Mentor and guide junior developers in the team
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in React and Next.js development
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient web applications
• Experience in leading a team of developers
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Next.js and related web technologies
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux
• Experience with API integration and asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with serverless architectures and deployment
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud-based services
• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress
