Program Manager – Quality & Compliance Systems en Pyramid Consulting

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead global Quality & Compliance Systems initiatives, including eQMS implementation, modernization, integration, validation, remediation, and business adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Quality & Compliance Systems programs across global teams and sites.
• Manage multiple projects, workstreams, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and vendors.
• Lead implementation, upgrade, migration, integration, testing, validation, deployment, and hypercare.
• Partner with QA, Regulatory, Manufacturing, R&D, IT, Validation, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GAMP 5, ISO 13485, ALCOA+, CSV/CSA.
• Manage executive governance, steering committees, status reporting, and escalations.
• Oversee vendors, system integrators, contracts, SOWs, and financial performance.
• Drive change management, training, adoption, and transition to operations.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years managing Quality & Compliance Systems programs.
• 5+ years of Life Sciences / Pharma / Biotech / Medical Device experience.
• Proven experience managing global or multi-site Technology Programs.
• Strong knowledge of eQMS, Quality Systems, validation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, budget, risk, and program governance experience.
