Lead the definition and execution of test strategies for multi-layered applications.
Collaborate with teams to assess project needs, ensuring testability of user stories and robust acceptance criteria.
Design, implement, and evolve test automation frameworks using open-source tools.
Conduct and analyze load testing using tools like Locust or JMeter .
Provide thought leadership to influence architectural decisions and champion quality initiatives.
Mentor team members on quality best practices and unblock tasks to drive resolution.
Participate in solution architecture discussions and identify test framework needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Proficiency in programming with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript , with solid experience in Object-Oriented Programming.
Expertise in UI testing frameworks like Playwright , Cypress , or similar, following the Page Object Model pattern.
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, with the ability to write complex queries.
️ Knowledge of basic AWS services and experience in cloud-based environments.
️ Experience with Generative AI concepts and interaction with LLMs is a plus.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
