Backend / Full-Stack Engineer (Python + Vue) en Crossbridge

Remote (LATAM) | Contractor | Advanced English Required

We are hiring a Backend / Full-Stack Engineer to join an early-stage cybersecurity startup building a product designed to protect endpoints in real-world environments.

This is a high-impact role where you will help shape the architecture of a growing product, working closely with a small and fast-moving team.

• Build and evolve backend services using  Python (Flask or similar frameworks)
• Design and develop scalable APIs powering core product features
• Collaborate with the frontend team (Vue.js) to deliver reliable user-facing functionality
• Contribute to architecture decisions, including data pipelines, event processing, and analytics
• Work in a cloud environment and support infrastructure and deployment workflows
• Move quickly from idea to production in a collaborative startup setting

• Strong experience with  Python and backend API development
• Experience deploying and operating applications in a  cloud environment
• Exposure to  Vue.js or similar frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
• Experience with analytical or high-performance databases (ClickHouse or similar)
• Solid understanding of APIs, scalability, reliability, and system fundamentals
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and work independently
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team

• Advanced English (spoken and written)   – client-facing collaboration required
• Availability for   4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (ET)
• Must be based in   LATAM
• Contractor engagement
