Telephony & Unified Communications Engineer (Noble/Alvaria)
Location: Remote | Contract: Full-time, annual with extension potential

We’re looking for a Telephony / Unified Communications Engineer with proven expertise in Alvaria/Noble contact center platforms . In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimize mission-critical voice and omnichannel solutions for global clients—driving performance, scalability, and innovation.
- Lead platform administration: Manage and fine-tune the Alvaria CX Suite (dialers, predictive dialing, IVR flows).
- Optimize workforce performance: Configure Alvaria WEM for scheduling, forecasting, and real-time adherence.
- Turn data into insights: Build dashboards and reports using Alvaria Performance Center and SQL to track KPIs (SLA, AHT, abandon rates).
- Integrate systems: Connect telephony with CRMs, ticketing tools, and APIs for seamless workflows.
- Ensure reliability: Troubleshoot SIP signaling, trunking, and routing issues to maintain top-tier QoS.
- Hands-on experience with Alvaria/Noble Systems
- SIP protocol troubleshooting & VoIP networking
- IVR design and Contact Center infrastructure
- SQL, Python, or PowerShell for automation
- Workforce Management expertise
- Cross-platform knowledge (Cisco UCCE, Avaya Aura)
- Professional English proficiency
- 3–5+ years in Telephony Engineering or IT support for high-volume contact centers
- Bachelor’s in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Computer Science
- Certifications in Alvaria/Noble , Cisco (CCNA Collaboration), or Avaya are a big plus
