Responsibilities:

Route map creation.

Sprints implementation.

Maintain excellent communication with your development team.

In the zone to help the development team with technological challenges and solve code

problems on the spot.

Interviews with candidates to join the developer team.

Creation of daily workflow.

Daily results report.

Weekly report to company management.

Planning and participation in marathons and integration and productivity activities.

Requirements:

Education: Computer Systems Engineering or similar

Advanced English Essential, our Tech Lead will need to communicate with our senior

management in English

5 years of experience in:

Backend using Python, Flask and Gunicorn

Javascript focused on React Native

ReactJS, TypeScript y Node.js

MySql relationship database management

Management of Linux servers (bash, shell, nginx)

Apps development + (iOS & Android)

Network configuration for web servers (port opening, DNS, domain configuration, SSL,

htaccess)

Object-oriented Python to create/modify different scripts

Versioning and code documentation (GIT and Storybook)

UX/UI experience

Creating and implementing in REST API

Knowledge in cloud technology AWS
