The IT System Administrator (SA) is responsible with the Global team to manage the server infrastructure environment.  The types of servers include Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems supporting many services such as domain controllers, DNS/DHCP servers.

Skill Requirements:

·          2 year college degree, or equivalent experience

·          Ability to competently communicate in English both written and verbally.

·          Basic hardware support, able to troubleshoot and replace components, place service call and initiate warrantee replacement.

·          Must have a proficiency with Windows Server OS (2012 R2 through 2022)

·          Prefer experience with Linux (Cent OS preferred), other Unix skills are desired.

·          Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019 primarily (some 2003, 2008, 2012, will include  2022)

·          Windows Failover Clustering

·          Storage solutions, S2D, SAN, iSCSI

·          Networking, full understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP from the client side.

·          Hypervisor experience, especially Hyper-V & Azure

·          System Center experience focused on SCOM, SCSM, & SCCM

o     Windows Patching direct, WSUS & SCCM  


         Support all ITIL processes for the server environment (incident, change, asset management, etc.)

         Support systems both locally and remotely (Windows Server OS [focus], Linux [preferred],  Unix [a plus])

         Create and maintain operational support documentation. 

         Follow established procedures to ensure consistency and standardization of the environment

         Assists in client consulting, project execution and management activities

         Perform on call and other support tasks as needed.
