Carter's, Inc. is the largest branded marketer in the United States and Canada of apparel and related products exclusively for babies and young children. The Company owns the Carter's and OshKosh B'gosh brands, two of the most recognized brands in the marketplace.

Project and Administrative (25%)

· Participate in development of business use cases, functional specifications, solution design, configuration specifications and supporting product / project artifacts for product development initiatives.

· Implement solutions through a formal SDLC process including requirement definition, design, development, configuration, project planning and software testing.

· Prepare status reports and presentation for internal management review.

· Analyze multiple processes, systems and data sources to synthesize conclusions.

· Work effectively with business partners and IT in translating business needs into detailed requirements.

Act as Technical Liaison with Carters’ Engineering, Architectural & DBA teams as well as vendor Technical Architects

Support and Maintenance (40%)

· Monitor, manage, communicate and report issue resolution logging and control via internal ticketing system.

· High energy, self-motivated, detailed, flexible and independent with consistent record of delivery.

· Passionate about technology and its ability to transform businesses to solve business problems and improve efficiency.

Testing/QA (35%)

· Analyze requirements and the detailed design documents and prepare test plans.

· Prepare test data and provide system testing support

· Review test cases/scenarios with business stake holders

· Conduct UAT with business as needed.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or comparable.

· 2+ years of experience in corporate environment preferred.

· 2+ years of experience in maintaining applications including but not limited to bug fixes, feature enhancements and performance tuning
