Social Media Manager

This is a remote role: Candidates will not be filming on job sites. They must be able to create content remotely using:

  • AI tools (for visuals, scripts, voice, editing, repurposing).
  • Stock video and photo libraries.
  • Branded graphic templates.
  • Existing company photos/videos when available.
  • Educational, promotional, and culture content that fits a home-services brand.
  • **The stack is flexible, but candidates will need to be proficient with any of these image generation tools (ChaGPT, Dall-w, etc) and video generation tools (Sora).**

Platforms (must support):

  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts.
  • LinkedIn.
  • Google Business Profile.
  • Plus any additional platforms the company decides to prioritize over time (example, Yelp, Nextdoor, X, Pinterest, etc.).
AI tools requirement (must have):

You must be confident using AI tools to create content remotely, examples:

  • AI image generation/enhancement for branded visuals.
  • AI video editing, captions, repurposing, voiceover.
  • AI copy support for hooks, scripts, captions, A/B concepts.
  • AI workflows to produce more, faster, without losing quality.

Required experience:

  • **3+ years social media + content creation experience (service businesses strongly preferred, home services is a plus).**
  • **Strong portfolio showing graphics + short-form content you created end-to-end.**
  • **Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), including creative testing.**
  • **Strong graphic design skills (you can create clean, professional assets fast).**
  • **Strong written English (simple, clear, not fluff).**

Responsibilities:

  • Build a content calendar that balances education, promotions, proof, culture, and trust.
  • Produce content weekly (graphics + videos), edit and publish on schedule.
  • Create a simple brand kit and reusable templates to keep everything consistent.
  • Run paid campaigns (Meta), optimize creative and targeting, improve cost per lead.
  • Provide weekly performance summary, growth, leads, best posts, next tests.
What you’ll own (A to Z):
  • Brand consistency, visuals + tone, everything must look like Attic Projects.
  • Content strategy + calendar, plan weekly/monthly content across platforms.
  • Content creation, graphics, carousels, short-form video edits, stories, reels, shorts, educational posts.
  • Graphic design, templates, promos, hiring posts, flyers, basic motion content, brand assets.
  • Copywriting, hooks, captions, CTAs, educational breakdowns, trust-building posts.
  • Paid ads management, Meta ads, creative testing, retargeting, lead forms, reporting.

Candidates can provide previous post examples before the client interview stage, if
desired, but will be required to send the following once they move forward to the client
interview:

  • Portfolio (links required).
  • Examples of posts/reels you made 100% remotely.
  • Short note explaining how you use AI tools in your workflow.
  • If available, results, growth numbers, leads, CPL, ROAS, engagement.
