Senior Data Scientist (Machine Learning – Clinical Data) en Crossbridge

We are looking for a  Senior Data Scientist  with strong experience in  clinical trials data, statistical modeling, and machine learning  to join an advanced analytics team supporting clinical research and development.

• Lead end-to-end analytics for clinical studies and datasets
• Apply statistical modeling and machine learning to generate insights
• Work with clinical and pharmacology-related data
• Build data pipelines, perform feature engineering, and handle large datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decision-making
• Communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in clinical or healthcare environments
• Hands-on experience with  clinical trials data (real-world datasets)
• Strong foundation in  statistics and machine learning
• Experience with  Python or R
• Experience working with  large datasets in cloud/distributed environments (Spark, Databricks, AWS, etc.)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in oncology, dermatology, hematology, or similar domains
• Experience with longitudinal or time-to-event modeling
• Experience explaining ML models (interpretable ML)
