Senior Security Assessor

Here in OCD Tech México, a leading provider of compliance and audit/certification services, we are seeking for a Senior Security Assessor to conduct security assessments for client environments against industry standards and regulations. The role involves analyzing systems and technologies, identifying security gaps, and compiling assessment reports.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Lead client certification and gap audits/assessments

·         Analyze complex systems and cloud technologies for security gaps

·         Define audit/assessment scope in collaboration with clients

·         Review client information security policies and procedures

·         Provide consulting guidance to clients on compliance requirements

·         Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders

·         Produce final compliance reports detailing observed controls

·         Escalate client and project issues to management

·         Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met

·         Continuously develop professional skills and maintain certifications

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for specialization in information assurance

·         5-6 years of information security assessment experience

·         Existing PCI QSA/AQSA status preferred

·         Strong knowledge of network architectures and cloud computing environments

·         Familiarity with IT security policies, procedures, and standards

·         Expertise in various security domains, including access controls, network security, and encryption

·         Professional security certifications preferred (e.g., CISA, CISSP)

·         Proficiency in common office tools

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong project management and time management skills

·         Technical research skills

Must-Haves:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         5-6 years of information security assessment experience

Fluent english, written and spoken
