We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to own the top of the sales funnel — identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
This role is critical to driving pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and close collaboration with sales and marketing teams .
What You’ll DoIdentify and research target accounts aligned with ICP criteria
Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn and other channels
Craft personalized, value-driven messaging to engage prospects
Qualify leads and ensure strong handoff to the sales team
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine targeting strategies
Track KPIs such as outreach volume, response rates, and meetings booked
Leverage AI tools to improve prospecting and outreach efficiency
2+ years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or outbound sales
Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and lead generation
Experience using CRM systems (Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead qualification
Experience using outreach or automation tools
Strong written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage pipeline activities
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Strong ownership mindset and goal-driven attitude
Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment
Interest in AI tools and modern prospecting techniques
