We are looking for a Bilingual Senior Scrum Master to facilitate the understanding and implementation of Agile principles and values within our teams; aiming to form high-performance work teams to achieve the objectives of each project and service.

Skills/Experience required:

- Advanced English level B2

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

- Scrum Master Certification

- Proficiency in Kanban, DevOps, Lean methodologies.

Functions:

- Oversee all services provided by the company: Development Cells, Factory Service, Staff Augmentation.

- Ensure adherence to agile values and principals through established processes.

- Collaborate with other teams to achieve transformation and continuous improvement.

- Identify and eliminate obstacles to enable the team to achieve objectives.

- Provide accurate and timely reports on service delivery performance to management.

- Monitor your team's performance through evaluations, training, and mentoring.

- Foster strong relationships with team members and customers.

- Adhere to information security policies.

- Ensure that any issues affecting the scrum team are discussed and resolved promptly.

- Guide the product owner on how to organize the product backlog to maximize value.

- Facilitate Scrum events.
