AI / Salesforce Solutions Architect en Crossbridge

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a hands-on, architect-level Salesforce Engineer to lead the design, development, and migration of Salesforce solutions while implementing AI-driven engineering workflows.

The project focuses on leveraging Claude Code agents and automation tools to streamline development, testing, and delivery, with human oversight and approval. The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce expertise, experience with org-to-org migrations, and a proven ability to implement agentic AI workflows and introduce new tools and best practices across engineering teams.

CORE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• 6+ years of experience as an Engineer. At least 3+ years of experience as an Architect -level Engineer.

• Deep Salesforce expertise with hands-on experience (Sales Cloud, Apex, Flows, security, SFDX); makes design calls with authority.

• Proven agentic engineering experience: Has built and implemented AI-powered development workflows using tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, MCP-based agents, or custom AI integrations. Demonstrates hands-on experience with agentic workflows, automation, and approval gates. Not just basic AI chat usage.

• Org-to-org migration experience, and has rolled new tooling out to a team.

• Crisp, structured communicator with a reliable remote setup.

DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Integration testing · CI/CD with AI · Snowflake/MCP · Gemini · Architect certs.

• Screen out: doesn’t use agents yet, or uses AI mainly for documentation · answers migration questions with a past project instead of a plan · rambles or hedges.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This hands-on, architect-level Salesforce engineer will be responsible of designing, built, and set up AI-driven delivery (Claude Code agents, skills, context files) so “agents do the work and humans are the gatekeepers.
