We are seeking a highly skilled AI Expert/AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development of internal (and potentially external in the future) AI tools. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AI/ML, with experience in deploying AI solutions in a business environment or a robust academic background in AI/ML. This role is crucial to automating processes, enhancing decision-making capabilities, and improving operational efficiency.

AI Engineer/AI Advisor 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI tools tailored to business and/or customer needs.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high accuracy and performance.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies to identify potential applications.
• Create technical documentation and provide training for internal stakeholders on using AI tools effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI/ML models and data pipelines.

Qualifications:

Professional or Academic experience working with AI

Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and/or AI APIs (chatGPT, LangChain/LangGraph, oLlama, etc.)

Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models into production environments.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

PhD in a relevant field is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.

Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.

Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
