Technical skills/experience required:

• Minimum of two years of experience in helpdesk, specifically in support level I and II.
• Proficiency in English (advanced level).
• Experience in incident analysis or reported cases.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL Server and Oracle).
• Experience in administration of office tools .
• Experience in administration of platforms and management of ANS.
• PLUS: Experience in application support with .NET.
