Requirements

Must to have experience.

·         Pantheon admin

·         Excellent English

·         Drupal knowledge

·         PHP Knowledge

·         back development

·         Experience in customer services.

·         Knowledge and experience in handling critical situation

·        Energetic, proactive, engaged, ask questions, research to provide solutions and alternatives.

Responsibilities

·        Pantheon Admin supports Troubleshooting, change control.

·        Attention activities with SLA related.

·        Management of activities with other providers mostly in English-RCA analysis.
