We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in the IT area and/or similar positions. (This is a must)
- Advanced English, fully conversational. (This is a must)
Responsibilities:
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients.
- Ensures that customers receive requested products and services in a timely manner.
- Communicates the needs and demands of the client to the company.
- Forecast and track customer account metrics.
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to accomplish client goals while meeting company goals.
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing customers.
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
- Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients.
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
- Keep records of hours worked.
- Follow-up of projects with work teams.
