Workday Integration Developer Senior - Remoto en Accion Labs

We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Developer to design and execute robust integration solutions for Workday within our enterprise. This role focuses on leveraging Workday Integration Cloud and other relevant tools to ensure seamless data flow across various systems, with a strong emphasis on security, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives. The developer will serve as a Workday integration subject matter expert (SME), collaborating with IT and business teams to establish best practices and support ongoing integration needs, including production support as required.  

Primary Skills:  

• Extensive experience with Workday Integration tools, including Workday Studio, Workday EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday API integrations.  
• Proven track record of integrating systems like payroll, ERP, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms with Workday.  
• Strong understanding of data integration standards, Workday security protocols, and middleware concepts.  
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data integration, ideally focused on Workday or similar platforms  
• Availability for on-call support rotations as needed for production system maintenance.
