Hiring an UNREAL-ENGINE  DEVELOPER to work remotely in México

teams to bring cutting edge digital popup events, video games, websites and apps to life across

a variety of industries and aesthetics, or developing developers as a mentor. You’re learning

obsessed: you know that more important than individual technologies is your ability to adapt and

apply innovative web development at every step.

What You’ll Do

As an Experiential Developer, you’ll be working as part of an integrated team to

shorten the runway between smart, interesting brands and beautiful creative that can work in

any medium. Reporting directly to our Vice President, Technology, you’ll act as a developer

across several client accounts and work with others in our dev team along the way.

 

Specifically you’ll be:

● Working in a creative team setting to ideate and develop strong creative ideas including

planning, designing, and ultimately building our digital products and platforms

● Taking initiative to maintain strong knowledge of and keen interest in emerging tools and

technologies

● Working in Agile and Jira to optimize how our teams work

● Help translate client feedback into clear next steps, often with Accounts and/or

Production

● Bring creative development ideas to the table from websites, apps, AR and VR to 3D

Renderings

 

Our Must-Haves

● 5+ years of professional experience with software and hardware development

● BA/BS degree or higher, preferably in CS or a related field

● Complete understanding of git branching, merging and rebasing

● Excellent analytical and communication skills to share your ideas with the team and our

clients

● Experience with configuring, integrating, programming and troubleshooting

microcontrollers such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi.

● Adept at industry-standard 3D and 2D applications such as 3DS Max, AutoCAD,

Substance Designer, Blender, Houdini or ZBrush

● Familiarity with game engines and environments such as Unity or Unreal Engine

 

Our Nice-to-Haves

● Accurately reconstruct 3D objects from technical drawings, CAD models, photographs

and videos

● Model, texture, rig and animate intricate models and objects

● Experience with wiring and soldering electronic circuits including components such as

resistors, capacitors, inductors, transistors, and integrated circuits.

● Experience with Next.js or other similar Node.js based full stack frameworks

● 2D/3D in-browser rendering with Canvas, WebGL, three.js

● Experience using measuring and testing equipment such as multimeters and

oscilloscopes.

 

Work Environment

● Must be able to tolerate busy environments and loud noise levels

● Must be willing to work in drastic temperature climates when onsite at our events

● Must be willing to travel to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet

deadlines

● Must be willing to attend site visits and surveys.
