Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions tailored to our business needs. This fully remote role involves minimal travel to our corporate office in Scottsdale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and related technologies.

• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.

• Use Gearset and Git (Bitbucket) for CI/CD deployments.

• Perform declarative updates to Salesforce metadata and manage permissions.

• Refine Lightning Web Components (LWC) with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Collaborate with stakeholders during UAT and troubleshoot issues with help desk teams.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years coding in modern languages (Salesforce, .NET, Java, Python, etc.).

• 5+ years Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Visualforce).

• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, database design, and Salesforce data models.

• Experience with custom API integrations, asynchronous Apex, and CI/CD tools like Gearset.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

Preferred

Salesforce Developer Certifications (PAB, PDI, PDII).

• Experience with MuleSoft, AWS, or Tableau.

• Knowledge of Apex frameworks like FFLIB and Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing).
