Technical Project Manager – Microsoft 365 & End User Computing en Crossbridge

Remote | Contractor | English required |   6 months with possible extension

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of projects across the Microsoft ecosystem and end-user computing environment.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can combine strong project management fundamentals with enough technical knowledge and curiosity to collaborate effectively with engineering and service management teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own technical projects from initial planning through deployment and completion.
• Define timelines, responsibilities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain RACI matrices, action logs, status reports, and structured written summaries.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and coordinate client, engineering, vendor, and service management teams.
• Manage projects involving M365, Azure, Windows, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Identify technical blockers and ensure clear ownership and timely resolution.
• Support device-refresh and procurement-to-fulfillment initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager .
• Demonstrated ownership of complex technical projects end-to-end.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, RACI documentation, reporting, and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows, Office, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive .
• Ability to participate confidently in technical conversations with engineering teams.
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn new platforms independently.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Power BI dashboard or reporting experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Understanding of SCCM, Microsoft Intune, or similar endpoint-management tools.
• Experience with Windows 11, laptop, iPad, or end-user device-refresh programs.
• Experience coordinating hardware procurement and fulfillment with Lenovo, HP, CDW, Softcat, or similar vendors.
