We are seeking a highly skilled  Technical Architect  to join our dynamic team. As a  remote position  based in  México,  the ideal candidate   will have extensive experience in designing and implementing robust technical solutions, with a strong background in cloud technologies. The Technical Architect will play a crucial role in guiding our technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and driving innovation within our organization.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and architectural principles.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, Kubernetes, Docker, Node.js, SQL Server, and REST API.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving successful project delivery.
• Proven track record of implementing solutions in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Advanced English.

Main Activities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions based on best practices and industry standards.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams on architecture, design patterns, and technology stack selection.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Desirable

• Experience in software quality assurance and performing modifications to systems.
• Ability to provide guidance for troubleshooting technical issues for team members.
• Proficiency in analyzing and reviewing existing systems to identify risks and redundancies.
• Previous experience in reviewing and approving technical solutions.
