This position is a Remote position to work from on in LATAM working with US clients. You will be working as a consultant directly with clients US Clients.

Title: Support and Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

•  Provide support for RW/SW by responding to help desk tickets and taking support calls
•  Proactively identify and resolve issues through the use of monitoring tool such as Telemetry and our in-app error logging system.
•  The types of issues this position will be dealing with include SQL query performance issues, software defects that prevent the app from functioning as expected, and product configuration issues.
•  Thoroughly investigate and provide root causes for our more complex help desk issues
•  Create development cases for software defects
•  Assisting in general server/infrastructure maintenance, such as freeing up disk space on servers
•  Provide on call support during the weekends and after business hours for critical issues. The person we're looking for now must have some experience in application support and SQL. They must also be in a US time zone (CST, PST, EST).

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience
• 3 years of proven experience in SQL
• 3 years of proven experience in Microsoft Server
