SR. Mobile Developer en Crossbridge

We are looking for a  Senior Mobile App Developer  to join a client-facing project, working closely with  both offshore and onsite teams . This role requires a strong technical background in  Flutter and React Native , along with excellent communication skills and ownership mindset to deliver high-quality mobile solutions for Android and iOS.- PROJECT 6 MONTHS  

Required Qualifications of professional experience in mobile application development.

• 5–6+ years  of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with  Flutter and React Native .
• Solid knowledge of  Dart, JavaScript/TypeScript , and native mobile development (Android/iOS).
• Experience integrating or bridging with native modules ( Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C ).
• Strong debugging, performance profiling, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with  Git  and modern development workflows.
• Knowledge of push notifications, in-app purchases, analytics, and mobile security best practices.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with  distributed teams .

Nice to Have

• Experience with  Firebase, AWS Amplify, Azure Mobile Services , or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of  real-time data technologies  (WebSockets, Firebase Realtime Database).
• Experience with app modularization or micro-frontend–like mobile architectures.
• Published mobile applications on the  App Store or Google Play .
• Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small development teams.

What You’ll Do Mobile App Development

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using  Flutter and React Native .
• Build reusable components and libraries to improve scalability and development efficiency.
• Integrate  RESTful APIs, GraphQL , and third-party SDKs.
• Implement and manage state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Redux, MobX).

Architecture & Performance

• Design  modular, scalable, and maintainable  mobile app architectures.
• Optimize app performance, memory usage, and load times.
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices for clean, maintainable code.

Testing & Deployment

• Develop and execute  unit, widget, and integration tests .
• Manage Android and iOS release processes (Play Store / App Store).
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as  Fastlane, CodeMagic, Bitrise, or Jenkins .

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate closely with  Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Engineers .
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Act as a  technical point of contact  in client-facing interactions when needed.
